I'll guide you in creating both narrow and wide fans, offering a darker effect with narrow fans and a fluffier look with wider ones. These techniques are ideal for texture sets, eyeliner effects, and wispy sets. Additionally, I'll teach you how to create fluffy and closed spikes.
